NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor & Platform Partner

Sponsor: Home of Fight Ventures Inc., 6600 N Military Trl, Suite 303 Boca Raton, FL 33496 (“Sponsor”). Platform Partner: Repackz™ / Repackz.fun (“Platform Partner”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The following are ineligible: employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Repackz™, Repackz.fun, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such person.

3. Entry Period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on June 15, 2026, and closes at 11:59 PM ET on June 28, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside this window will be void.

4. How to Enter

4a. Option 1: Rip HOF Packs for a Chance to Win. During the Entry Period, purchase and open one (1) or more HOF packs by Repackz™ ($60 or $150 tiers) via HomeOfFightCards.com. Each pack is an odds-based digital experience containing real, graded physical trading cards. All cards are vaulted in the Repackz™ secure facility. The winner is entitled to have any pulled card shipped upon request.

Seeded across all HOF pack inventory is a limited pool of exactly twenty (20) Limited Edition custom HOF Cards: ten (10) Matty cards and ten (10) Hayjive cards (collectively, “Custom Cards”). These are the only means of entry into the sweepstakes drawing. Pulling a Custom Card does not guarantee a sweepstakes entry — the entrant must retain ownership of the Custom Card.

To earn an entry, the entrant must pull a Custom Card and either:

• Keep it (in-vault): card remains in the entrant’s Repackz.fun account; entry is automatically registered. No action needed.
• Redeem it (ship to entrant): entrant requests physical delivery of the card. Ownership is maintained and entry is still registered. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the entrant.

To decline entry:

• Buyback for full pack credit: the entrant may sell the Custom Card back to the platform instantly for account credit equal to the full purchase price of the pack from which it was pulled (the “HOF Full-Credit Buyback”). Selecting buyback means no entry — just credit deposited in the in-app wallet. The HOF Full-Credit Buyback is exclusive to Custom HOF Cards and supersedes the standard Repackz™ 90% buyback for those cards only. All other (non-Custom) cards pulled from HOF packs are eligible for the standard 90% buyback per standard Repackz™ terms.

There is no limit on the number of pack entries per person. Multiple Custom Cards pulled and retained = multiple entries. Full pack odds are publicly available on Repackz.fun. Every Custom Card owner — whether vaulted or redeemed for physical delivery — will be recognized with exclusive HOF VIP status. Details to be announced by Sponsor.

4b. Option 2: No-Purchase Entry (Free Mail-In). To enter without purchase, hand-write or print on a 3×5 index card or postcard: full legal name, date of birth, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the phrase “Home of Fight IFW Sweepstakes Entry.” Mail to: Home of Fight Ventures Inc., 6600 N Military Trl, Suite 303 Boca Raton, FL 33496.

No-Purchase Entry must be postmarked by June 25, 2026 and received by June 28, 2026. Limit one (1) No-Purchase Entry per person per household. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or mass-produced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize consists of: two (2) tickets to IFW events during July 9–12, 2026; two (2) nights’ standard room accommodations at Bellagio Resort & Casino, Las Vegas (check-in Friday, July 10; check-out Sunday, July 12); and one (1) private dinner for winner and one (1) guest with Matty Betss, Hayjive, and the Home of Fight team, scheduled during the prize weekend.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; round-trip travel to Las Vegas; ground transportation; hotel incidentals, resort fees, and room service; and any other costs not explicitly listed above. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about June 30, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries by Matty Betss and/or Hayjive (or a designee of Sponsor), live on [INSTAGRAM LIVE / YOUTUBE / X]. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must execute and return a completed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within forty-eight (48) hours of notification (or such longer period as Sponsor may specify) or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor’s right to select an alternate winner may be exercised up to three (3) times before the prize is deemed unclaimed.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor and Platform Partner reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor and its designees are not responsible for any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Repackz™ (Repackz.fun), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for personal injury or property damage of any kind arising from participation in this sweepstakes.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or prior approval.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida. As a condition of entering, each entrant waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class-action or collective proceeding.

11. Privacy & Winners List

Personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform. Any questions or comments regarding this sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
