News of the Week
🔸 Eric Nicksick
Head coach of Xtreme Couture Eric Nicksick joined the show to recap Roman Dolidze’s massive win over Marvin Vettori. Nicksick said they put an emphasis on striking during camp which very much show worked in the fight. Not surprising to Nicksick, Dolidze won the fight and outstruck Vettori.
Coaching many top-tier UFC fighters, Nicksick had plenty to tease in regards to big fights on the horizon. Sounds like 2025 isn’t going to slow down one bit.

🔸 UFC x Netflix
Recent rumors of Netflix partnering with the UFC for exclusive broadcast rights have hit the internet. Show Me The Money speculates what this could mean for the promotion and also their current partner, ESPN.
After some lackluster PPV streaming performances, the UFC seems fed up with their current streaming partner. With more and more sports attention going to Netflix, it seems the perfect potential partner for the UFC.
ESPN & UFC’s deal ends at the end of 2025. More answers coming soon…

🔸 McGregor x Trump
Surprising to none, Conor McGregor took a trip to The White House to visit President Donald Trump on St. Patrick’s Day.
The visit wasn’t all bravado & banter (although there was lots of it), but also put an emphasis on Ireland’s immigration issues. McGregor is no stranger to voicing his political opinion, but having a chance to do so in front of America’s President was certainly a once in a life time opportunity.

Show Me The Funny
🔸 Bryce Mitchell Demons
The build up for UFC 314 has been very entertaining, specifically Bryce Mitchell vs Jean Silva. It’s not unusual for Mitchell to get very religious, but this time he’s taking things a step further.
Mitchell proclaims Silva is full of “demons” and that they are infecting Mitchell. A character as always, albeit dedicated to his faith, Mitchell left Show Me The Money with plenty to talk (laugh) about.
Quote of the Show
🔸 “I love taking 100 grand from a multibillion dollar company. That feels good when you win, right?“
- Matty Betss, on his UFC cycle parlay hitting for $100k.
